We're not a tech company. Can we actually use this?

Yes — that's who we build for. You don't need a developer, an IT team, or any special training. We handle the technical work; you tell us what the business needs. The agent lives in the tools you already use, so your team doesn't have to learn anything new.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a chatbot — it talks. An agent is a worker — it does things. It reads your emails, updates your CRM, processes refunds, books meetings. We build it to do specific jobs inside your business, with guardrails so it only does what you've approved.

What does it cost?

Most engagements are $5,500–$12,000 to build, plus $1,500–$3,500/month for ongoing care. We quote a fixed fee up front — no hourly surprises. If an agent can't pay for itself within a year, we'll tell you and we won't build it.

How long does it take?

Most projects go live in 2–6 weeks. We start with a one-week discovery, then build and test against your real data. You approve every workflow before anything goes into production.

What about our data & security?

Your data stays in your tools. We use enterprise models with no training on your data, signed DPAs, and role-based access. We can meet SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements depending on your industry — we'll walk through specifics in the call.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

Every agent runs within guardrails you approve. For anything sensitive — refunds, sends, legal language — it asks before acting, or you review before it goes out. If something still goes wrong, we're on call to fix it.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. The agent, its configuration, and its data are yours. You can take it with you if you leave; we just won't be able to maintain it.
